How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favourite items, choose your size and quantity, and click ‘Add to Bag’. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you will enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method.

Where do you deliver?
We offer seamless global delivery! However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions. You can enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Our recommended option for speed and reliability. Shipped via DHL or FedEx, your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £50! This option is shipped via EMS and typically arrives within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for saving your pennies for more style!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to lovingly handpick, quality-check, and pack your order. After dispatch, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method (see above). All delivery times are estimates and may be slightly impacted by public holidays or customs procedures.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is on its way to you, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can then follow your fashion parcel every step of its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
