Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sportswear (including athletic tops and bottoms) once the original packaging has been opened or if the hygiene seal is broken.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a returns authorization and instructions
  4. Package your item securely and include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship your return to our address (provided in your returns authorization email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we’ve processed your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
