We are delighted to ship our collections worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs procedures.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Esprits purchase. If something isn’t quite perfect, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item.
- Get Authorisation: We will respond within 24 hours with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Securely package the item, include the completed returns form (which we will email to you), and your RA number.
- Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided in your returns authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it was defective).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we have processed your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
