Occasionally, items may be out of stock. If this occurs after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, alternative, or full refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which we may accept or decline. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Esprits purchase. If something isn’t quite perfect, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
• Have all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sportswear (including athletic tops and bottoms) once the original packaging has been opened or if the hygiene seal is broken.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and item details
2. We will respond within 24 hours with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
3. Securely package the item with the completed returns form and RA number
4. Ship your return to the address provided in your returns authorisation email

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (3-5 days for PayPal).
